All the shows that I'm currently watching (in no particular order):
Defiance
-> The only reason I even wanted to watch this show was because I love Julie Benz. I have never watched a ScyFy network show before, but I absolutely loved the first season. Yeah, the special effects aren't great but I thought overall the plot was really interesting. Irisa and Nolan's relationship was my favorite thing about the show.
Now I really hope someone else watched the season finale because there were some crazy cliffhangers! I knew there was absolutely no way Nolan was actually dead. There is no show without Nolan. But the same goes for Irisa so what the hell happened at the end with her? And I really hope Kenya isn't dead. As much as I could take or leave her relationship with Nolan, I adored her relationship with her sister and genuinely liked her character. And I hope that Datak killing that general or whoever means he won't be remaining mayor for very long.
Mistresses
-> This show has me hooked. The acting/plots aren't the best, but it is so trashy it's good (enough for me at least). I hear it's not getting the best ratings so I'm not really expecting it to return next summer.
Graceland
-> I love shows about smart people. Cuz it always fascinates me when a character like Mike Warren can just all of a sudden pretend to be a pilot because he knows about planes (or is smart enough to fake it). Plus the entire cast is pretty easy on the eyes ;)
True Blood
-> Best season in years. I'm not completely on-board with or sure about what's going on with Bill, but I have to say I'm liking Sookie's plot and the whole vampires vs. government plot. It's been a while since an episode of True Blood ended and I was yelling at the television because it wasn't long enough. There's not a chance in hell that Eric and Pam will actually fight each other, and why doesn't Sookie use her magic fairy hand to blast her dead father-in-Lafayette's body away? I loved that Eric turned Willa (not only because it was a hot scene), and his plan completely backfired. It's good to see Sarah Newlin back, and just as sassy as ever.
And how the hell did Anna Paquin get her body to look like that after having twins. Good Lord that woman is TONED.
Dexter
-> Is Jennifer Carpenter going to win an award for this season or what? While I was definitely like WTF when Deb went and fell in love with Dexter, and then I was like WHY??? when she found out he's a serial killer, and I was definitely like HOW THE FUCK COULD THIS HAPPEN??? when she killed LaGuerta, Deb is amazing this season. I've always liked her character, but JC has taken it to a whole new level. From the premiere it's so clear Deb is lost and in a world of pain. The one person she had always counted on in her shitty life isn't anything like she thought he was and she cannot deal. My mouth was hanging open when she actually told Quinn she killed LaGuerta. I didn't think they would actually take it there, but it looks like with Vogel's help Deb will be on the way to recovery in the next episode.
I'm really enjoying how Quinn is being there for Debra this season. If you're watching how do you think it's going to end. I've heard that Michael C. Hall thinks the only possibly ending is for Dexter to die, and IDK how I'd feel about that. I really disliked Hannah McKay last season, and I'm not looking forward to her eventual return.
The Killing
-> Linden and Holder own my soul. For real. I ship them so hard, but I never want them to get together. Might sound weird, but I shipped Bones/Booth so hard and when they finally got together IT SUCKED. So let's keep it like Benson/Stabler (anyone noticing a pattern here?) and just keep the sexual tension rolling. That last episode - Holder was just amazing. So worried about his partner.
Along with those - Suits is back as well as The Newsroom. I started watching Ray Donovan and so far I'm into it. I also watch crap reality shows like The Bachelorette and The Challenge (on MTV). So if you're watching anything I watch let's talk about it!
