Spring cleaning is fun when things get done. But uber-frustrating when someone else comes along behind you and uncleans as fast as you clean.

I got all my stuff prepared for the new lifesoundtracks challenge and to post the lyrics here. But I lost my damn list of songs. Grrr. Now to find it again. Too much work invested to restart the entire thing.
In the meantime, I might post some lyrics here anyway. Some songs have a meaning even without a challenge to bring them forth.

I got another icon picture to add. As soon as I decide which one to use. The choices are both ones of me as I look now without the goatee or the burns. And only sporting a mustache. That too shall go soon. I believe. Unless the wife talks me out of cutting it off....

We got pictures from Saturday. We took the boys to their first Circus. Except for the extravagant cost, it was actually a lot of fun. I even had fun watching it. That says something. We got there early so they could go down on the floor and interact with the performers and the animals.

I shaved it all off as promised. Now only a short mustache remains. It was a fun shocker to the people this weekend. I went in with a full beard and long goatee. The next day it was just the goatee. And the next that was gone and it was a handlebar stache. Now it is a short stache and that is all. Need to update my picture, I guess ( Read more... )

I took the bat. I am very happy to say I needed it not. But I forgot something else important in the process. Trust. I am trusting again and doing better. Now I have more reason to do so and I hope it continues. I need more Wheee!!! in my life these days.
