What is up with those "snap shot" balloons that pop up when I hover over the links on my link list? I swear they weren't there yesterday, and they're really annoying. Anyone know how to turn them off?

Today is my one-year LJ anniversary. I wrote very little and inconsistently before I started, but now I'm writing three or more posts a week.
