should I be concerned?

It just occurred to me this weekend that perhaps I should be concerned
about symptoms I've been having for last few months. My DR wants me
to see an allergist but now I'm wondering if there is another kind of
DR I should see as well.

1) sudden severe onset of psoriasis-

I have always has psoriasis, a little bit on the back of my head.
However, it recently became severe, all over my head. I finally tried
some tea tree oil shampoo which has definitely helped tremendously as
long as I use it a few times a week. It's not GONE but it's
manageable. Still a bit itchy.

2) sudden severe exema sensitive to milk-

Within a month of my psoriasis getting particularly bad I started
developing excema on my knee. It became pretty painful and started
showing up in little spots on the back of the same leg. I eventually
stopped drinking milk and my excema (after a week and a half of no
milk) started clearing up and wasn't painful and itchy anymore (that
is until I started drinking milk again.) Yesterday I had a weakness a
guzzled a glass of milk and by nightfall I was itching again. It
doesn't seem to affect my scalp problem, though, just that leg.

3) sudden severe rash around mouth-

And then the worst of it seems to be a rice allergy. Of course, since
going on the GF diet we have been eating lots of rice and rice
prodoucts. About four weeks ago I developed a burning itching red
rash around my mouth. It's not a 'clown mouth' like my girls after
having corn syrup, but it is a raised red area around the lips that in
it's most severe state also affects the skin to make it dry and peeled
like severe chapping. It kept getting worse and no amount of lip balm
offered relief.

4) severe allergy attack following eating rice product-

I didn't think the mouth problem was an allergic reaction to anything
(didn't know what the heck it was) until I ate some rice candy and
within two hours my lips started getting worse and the inside of my
mouth itched and my throat itched and my neck itched and my nose ran
and my eyes watered and then I couldn't breathe! My throat closed up
and I could hardly talk or breathe. This all happened within half an
hour's time. I took some benadryl and half an hour later I was
feeling better.

I completely cut out rice and in a few days I started feeling better,
in a week the red around my lips was almost completely gone and I was
only using something on my lips twice a day instead of every two
minutes. Saturday I went to a birthday party and the mom begged me to
eat some of the cake. I knew it was GFCF and that meant it probably
has rice in it, but I agreed to try it. She gave me a HUGE piece. My
first reaction was a poring nose in an hour or two, and then my lips
started acting up again and I am in pain again. I CANNOT BELIEVE I
did that.

So, aside from the possibility of having a fatal allergic reaction to
rice, should I be concerned that I have this sudden onset of
allergies/ attacks on my body? Is there something else going on with
me and how do I have that checked?
