Title:  Untitled for now
Author: belladonna12
Rating:  pg13
Word count:  337
Summary:  Summoning spells and senshi are always strange.
A/N:   Just, don’t ask, you don’t wanna know where I got this idea from…  the Japanese in this is stolen partly from one of the Sailor Moon songs, Ai no Senshi though I’ve changed a word or two to try to make it more Hotaru-y then general senshi.  This is definitely not my best work, but I have a whole lot of distractions at the moment.
Disclaimer: I don’t own the ideas for FF7 or Sailor Moon, Square Enix and Naoko Takeuchi do,so I’m making no money off of this.
Prompt:  Final Fantasy VII/Sailor Moon, Sephiroth/Sailor Saturn: Begging for Release - “This was what power really felt like.”

Untitled

This was probably not Sephiroth’s brightest idea ever.  The nineteen year old was willing to admit that, if nothing else.  The idea of summoning an entity from beyond his home world and time was stupid.  He’d probably end up summoning a world destroying demon, flattening himself along with Hojo.

But hey, if it got rid of Hojo, Sephiroth didn’t mind the risk of dying.  Now if only the creator of this spell hadn’t been a fan of gibberish…

“Mezamenazai, yami no senshi!”  With that, there was a thunderous sound, a blinding flash of dark violet light, then someone landed on him.  Sephiroth sputtered, shoving the thing away, figuring he was about to die.  Yeah, this was a major screw up.

“Itai…”  The quiet little voice caught his attention, and Sephiroth found himself studying the being he’d summoned.  She, for it was definitely female, wore an odd uniform that seemed to consist of a white leotard with some kind of sailor style collar, purple skirt and ribbons sewn on it, white gloves, purple boots and some kind of gold tiara with a purple gem in it.  She was tiny, lost looking, and staring up at him with the most beautiful purple eyes he’d ever seen.  Her black hair, page boy cut, seemed to draw light in, absorbing it.  She stared up at him, then asked him a question in the gibberish that the spell had been in.

So.  This was what power really felt like.  Sephiroth needed a translator.

“Sephiroth.”  He said, pointing at himself.  The girl seemed to catch on quickly enough.  She smiled, a calm, moonlight cold smile that suited her.

“Hotaru.”  She answered, pointing at herself.  Well, at least Sephiroth had a name for her now.  Even if he didn’t have anything else.  It might take time for her to understand anything else, but Sephiroth would manage.  He’d also keep her until he could figure out how Hotaru could help him release himself from Hojo and his crazy schemes.

No matter how long it took.
