George W. Bush is often ridiculed, sometimes with good reason. Every now and then, however, he turns out to be more perceptive than his "sophisticated" critics. Remember how much he was ridiculed a few years back for the "Axis of Evil" speech, where he singled out Iraq, Iran, and North Korea? Well, Iraq has proven to be a country where a large percent of the population seem to be mainly interested in killing each other; Iran voted in a government headed by a man who denies that the Holocaust ever happened but is going full speed ahead with developing nukes while backing Hezbollah; and North Korea has a ruler whose megalomania makes the pretensions of ancient pharaohs and emperors seem modest, and is also developing nuclear weapons and missiles. So, perhaps Bush wasn't so far off after all when he identified these countries as top sources of evil in the world.
