If there's one thing in common between the longest finals match in Wimbledon and the longest match in Australian Open then it's my boy Rafa Nadal.
4 hours 48 minutes at the 2008 Wimbledon finals against Roger Federer and 5 hours 14 minutes in the semi finals of Australian Open 2009 against Fernando Verdasco. He won both marathon matches. Wow, talk about endurance.
I wonder if he could recover fast enough to take on Roger at tomorrows finals.
