I heard the 8 am broadcast. I didn't know it was on at 4 am, but then I'm never up at that time.

i think i thought you were up at 4 am, because my email notification said that. hmmmm. as far as i know, democracy now is still on wpfw at 8am M-F. it's on at 6pm too, but since the new program director bobby hill changed things, they only play sections of it t 6 pm. i don't really like that new 6 pm arrangement, mainly because whoever is doing the engineering makes mistakes every week and ends up with little bits of dead air. if there's a time of day when things should be done smoothly, it's 6pm. drive time ya know. i like the other new shows bobby hill has brought to monday nights, however. at 7 pm on monday nights, there are different shows that alternate--GLBT issues, poetry/arts, community stuff, parenting, etc. well, i've only listened to parts of two mondays so far. (actually, the glbt was heavy on the GL and focussed on coming out.)
