Working at home today

If I weren't plodding along here working at home, I might very well have stayed at home. Sinus/allergies/headache today. Actually have been fighting this for the past week. Woke up around 5 with pain and then slept sitting up after that-- it helps a little. Any of you have this? What do you do? I do take various prescribed things, and try to drink a lot. For instance, I have two different nasal sprays. Today I tried one that I hadn't been using lately, and seemed to help a little, but not totally.

Past very dead tree along the branch of the Anacostia River near my neighborhood.
