Summer is almost over :(
Tomorrow is my last day of summer. It sucks so bad, because it went by so fast & i'm somewhat looking forward to scool starting up again, but at the same time i'm not. It's been a lot of fun. I only went to 1 concert, which was "Little Big Town" and that was at the Armada Fair. They put on a really good show & i got an autographed cd! Woohoo!! :) The Armda Fair, the woodward dream cruise, & the boat races were most of the hight light of my summer. Most of the time i was working. Which reminds me.....work has been pissing me off so much! I mean this time, it's both places. I'm off again for a whole nother week from hungry howies, after i asked to be put on for a few days. I think mostly it was because i didnt give my boss the days & times that i would be at school, because i forgot, lol. I'm just really glad that i wont have to work mornings anymore, 'cause i wont be as stressed...especially on mondays. It'll be a BIG relief! :) As far as the resteraunt, right now im only working friday-sunday. I did ask to be put on for a few days during the week at nights (when i get out of school) but this week a lot of the other college kids wanted a lot of hours this week since they're moving back up to where ever they're going. So, once they move...i'll be getting a lot of their hours, which mean that i'll be doubling up my job abality. It sucks, but the money is good. I'm still trying to find a better job for once i get laid off from the resteraunt. So, yea..i've been really busy this whole entire summer. My singing is coming along good. I haven't been anywhere in 2 weeks, the other place that i usually go to i'd say it's been about a month. After tomorrow, i'm prolly going to be cutting down on singing a bit because of my school schedule. This semester, it's mostly morning classes. One of my classes got cancled because there wasn't enough people signed up for the class, so i just had to switch sections. My schedule is as follows:
Monday & Wednesday: Psychology 10:00am-12:00pm & English 2:00-4:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Life 9:30am-11:00am & Theatre 2:00-5:00pm
I was hoping to just take 3 classes, but i ended up taking 4 instead, lol. I know i say that i'll be cutting down on singing a lot more, but i REALLY do mean that. I have been thinking about posbly trying out to sing the national anthem at like a lions game, or maybe even a pistons game. That would be SO awsome if i got to sing it at a pistons game. omg!! Yea, school starts wednesday aug. 23. Grrrr, lol. Anyways....theres so much more i want to say, but i cant with the little time that i have right now. So, check back again later for another update!
