Vicki~ ♥ I'm a little not-excited about the Smoke TV series, because from what little I've managed to dig up about it, they're planning on cutting Tony out and replacing him with a female "old friend" of Henry's, which is just- no words. :| Especially since I'd kill for a proper PB for Tony, I'm still not satisfied with this guy. >_> And now I see your edit. I do hope they go with Tony being Tony, because seriously, cutting him from his own series? But I'm extremely excited for the short story! I ordered the anthology from Amazon as soon as I found out. Also, awesome on meeting Tanya Huff - she seems like a really cool person, as well as a great author. XD

I like having a bit more structure, as a personal preference; if things are too open I feel like I'm flailing. So I've always been a bit more comfortable in games than DRs and open RP communities. I tried a DR for a fandom of mine that is pretty difficult to app to games (a paper-and-pencil RPG; there's canon NPCs, but their backgrounds tend to be sparse), and I just can't stay focused, for some reason. Kinda weird!

26 does seem most likely. Who wants to hit 30 before they have to, right? ;) (I'm two and half years from it, myself.)

Vicki! She's also up and about - in my head. And, I'm trying to dig up where Tanya commented about the girl thing, and that it's NOT greenlighted - it was an idea, but they discarded it .. OH! HERE! I did find what we talked about, in her mind Tony's PB is here (he's in one of the eps of Blood Ties, btw). Lee is based off Nicholas Lea, but I cannot for the life of me find icons of him at the right age, so I'm sticking with Mr. Pretty Blue Eyes here (he works IRL, too >.>) Her journal is occasionally really awesome, and she's sometimes fairly active on twitter, too. (Kyle and Dylan were on that con, too - Kyle is actually TINY - IMDB says he's 5'10, but it's LYING, he's 5'8 at MOST.) and and and... yeah.

*nods* I just have many people and not all of them are talkative all the time, and inevitably something happens in a game where my character should react and I can't for the life of me round them up. And sws is awesome for just random stuff when characters are LOUD whenever they whim and... also good when you have a cast that's consistent and you can dump stuff and see how it plays out. Either way, all Lee's sws posts get linked to the journal, if you or Tony want to tag, feel free at any time? (Or there can be private poking at things on journals? I suspect Henry's mun will be as delighted for a consistent Tony as I am...) Or not, either way, just, EEE TONY!

*laughs* I did it two months ago, it's not that horrible...

Oh, thank god, seeing word from Tanya on that makes me so relieved. XD YEAH I knew about Tyler Johnston being her picture of him, but unfortunately the only image gallery I know of for him is dead; it was working the first time I went, but I didn't have time to browse around and find good images, and now it's broken. (This site.) Haha, I guessed from the name and description that Lee had to be based off Nicholas Lea! I mean, talk about your obvious homages. ;) But yes, he's most often pictured in his Victor Mansfield and Alex Krycek days (I was a huge Krycek fan, back in the day . . .). He'd have been 27 when he played in American Boyfriends, which would be about the right age, but . . . I've never seen it, no idea how he looked, no idea if his character (known only as 'Ron') has enough screen time to use.

I might poke around, now that I know I'm welcome. The first time I spotted Lee's journal, I may have made a rather undignified high-pitched sound akin to a squeal . . .

Shhh, don't say that so loudly! My sister's hitting 30 next week, I plan to convince her she's going to immediately go grey. ;)

*G* glad I could help! Good thing I only heard about it when she said it wouldn't be, or we would have been veeeery o.O about it. And heee! Hmmm. If I manage to work against my demotivational time (I swear, I thought getting to stay at home would mean I got oodles of writing done... and it's not working that way) I may poke at google images and see if I can make icons, just so there are options? And then, we can wait for the casting - so far, Tanya's been delighted, she apparently had no set idea for Henry and then went and thanked the casting people when they offered Kyle. Dylan was NOT what she imagined for Mike, but he worked fine, too. Annnd I honestly hadn't seen any Nicholas Lea (still haven't), so I basically asked and she told me and I need to catch up, but yeah. (A bit obsessed with the Tron people right now, finally watching Babylon 5 and indulging in the adorable cheesy that is Scarecrow and Mrs. King, will get around to other things later ;) ) and no, I didn't watch the X-Files back in the day, either, my bad... hmmm. *ponders* But, Matt Bomer works okay, other than blue eyes vs. green, and he's definitely handsome enough ;)

HEEE yes, yes you are. Feel free to drop a note if you are curious about playing out certain aspects of things/scenes? (For example, I was really curious about how Lee dealt with the Smoke and Mirrors stuff, that was tough...) You can tag on the memes like questions, too, and so on and so forth. And hee, dolphin noises. We're acquainted with those! Heh. Hmm. I had just started to watch the series when another Tony showed up on sws, and another muse of mine (Reid Garwin from The Covenant, yes, I know, the movie was crap) just about crushed onto him so I zipped through the series and then read allllll the books, and reading the Smoke books with curiosity about how the whole crush thing is handled gave me a Lee loud by the beginning of Smoke and Mirrors and... yeah. He's been around since.

*laughs* So I turned 30, and about a month later fell and broke my ankle, my first broken bones ever, and I feel like a clumsy teenager, so... there? ;)
