At The Anchor, again - gerald_duck twisted my arm
gerald_duck wasn't so much twisting my arm as buying the drinks to help us celebrate his first perfect square birthday in 11 years. As in previous years his brother Terry was also on hand (and staying in one of the palatial bedrooms at The Anchor) to help push the boat out, this time enlisting a small bottle of dessert wine after a tip-off from Linda (Terry's girlfriend).
Another regular to these events was Boydie (another Tim, so we sat together to reduce confusion).
This year Clive succeeded in encouraging some fresh blood friends to the pub and it was good to meet shortcipher, numberland, deborah_c, auntysarah and the_local_echo. It was great to meet you all and enjoy some good food together.
