Summary: Steampunk/Pirate AU. The dirigible lurched to one side, caught on a light breeze. She clung to the edge, the ropes providing such little protection against the fall into the ocean below...Beside her, a man approached. The Vulcan. Regal. Elegant. He was one of the last of his kind.

The results of listening to too much Abney Park while thinking about China Mieville’s The Scar...I really need to read that again. XD
This is an Alternate Universe, set on the planet An’rak (one name the Vulcans use for their planet). There are races of aliens familiar to Star Trek canon, but in this AU, all races are inhabitants of this same planet. And in order to remain consistent (with a few exceptions), I will be using Vulcan words for locations, etc. even when talking about Klingons or Andorians or any of the other races.
Weird, steampunk, pirates, a little bit of a Mirror!verse (if you squint); oh my!
