The 2010 AU Fic Exchange!
spnwriterlounge is proud to present the 2010 AU fic exchange! This is an anonymous fic exchange, open to almost everything - Supernatural (gen, het, slash, Wincest), RPF (gen a.k.a. platonic stuff, het and slash) and crossovers, as long as it's all AU. Below you will find more information as well as how to sign up.
1. The fic exchange is open to all pairings. Ratings can be from G to NC-17, and you must have a minimum of 1500 words for the fic you write.
2. All prompts must have an ‘AU’ theme, i.e. "Dean/Cas: LAPD officers", "Jensen/Jared: Pirates" or "Jared/Danneel: Lab partners in college".
3. Threesomes of all constellations, mpreg, winsister/-brother, gender-swapping and pretty much any and every other kink you can think of is allowed. Just make sure you mark your fic with the appropriate labels and warnings.
4. You must write for the prompter you are given, as this is an anonymous exchange. You’ll also receive a fic anonymously - this means that until the names of the participants are revealed, you cannot post your fic anywhere else.
5. At least three prompts and pairings should be given to those who are participating, as well as kinks and squicks. This way, you’ll have a variety of things to work with and at the same time you won't receive anything you don't wanna read. Please limit crossover (or fandom) pairings, and genderswap and winisister requests to no more than two, so I can match up people more easily.
6. If you cannot complete your story on time, please email reveria at miss-cicero[at]hotmail.com one week before the fic is due and let me know as soon as you can, so I can find a replacement writer.
7. Most of all? Have a great time and look forward to a great fic written specifically for YOU!
Signups will be taken until Sunday, March 28, 2010, and all comments will be screened.
Assignments will be sent out Sunday, April 4, 2010. Please provide a valid email address to receive your assignment.
Assignments will be due either Sunday, May 2, 2010 OR Sunday, June 6, 2010. I'm saying either/or because you can decide. Please let us know in your sign-up comment which deadline you would prefer and I'll go with the majority.
Fics will be due via email to miss-cicero[at]hotmail.com. Please make sure you properly code your story before you email it to me.
