Looking for specific human Castiel fanfic

I'm looking for this specific Castiel fanfic
What I remember is that Cass is human (or lost his powers) and is living in Bobby's house with the brothers.
He is very frustrated about not having powers anymore and at some point he says something like "You should just put me down" which offends Bobby who's paralized.
Cass steps out and one of the brothers comes to talk to him an he's like "I didn't mean to offend Bobby, please tell him I'm sorry"
Later Sam and Dean talk about Cass being depressed.
