1 Specific Fic Search- mistaken abusive relationship

I’m looking a for a longer fic that I read a few years ago but never finished.
I believe it’s post season 9. I know it has 3 OFC, two are sisters, and there is a friend that one of the sisters is in love with (I think the gay sister is a professor?). They meet Cas and think he’s homeless. They also mistakenly think Cas is in an abusive romantic relationship with Dean (I think it was a slow burn slash). Sam and Dean come to town for a case, and find Cas living with them, and Dean slowly realizes he’s kind of a trash friend through them. Pretty confident I read it on FF.net.
Never finished it, but would love to if anyone knows what it’s called! Thanks!
