Hurt!sam fanfic
Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting to this community, so if I do anything wrong I’m sorry. I’m looking for a fic I read a while ago. It starts with Sam dragging Dean and John inside and treating their injuries. Dean, John and Sam are all hurt on a hunt, but Sam doesn’t tell anyone he’s injured and neither Dean or John bother to ask if he’s ok. Sam goes to school after the hunt, and John and Dean realise he is hurt when they find his bloodied jacket in the trash. Sam sees the school nurse, who wants to call his family/send him to the hospital, but he escapes before she can. He finds a bus to try and get back to the motel, but (if memory serves correctly) he passes out there.
I’d really appreciate some help on this and sorry if I’ve done anything wrong.
