Dean/Sam runaway!Sam thief!Sam

A young Sam runs away after Dean either ended things or refused to start anything (thinking it was best for Sam). Sam ends up a thief/con artist. There's a bank job involved somewhere in there. I think he may be referred to as "The Ghost" at some point due to his anonymity/skills in his trade. He and Dean somehow reconnect as adults. He's a very, very profitable, rich thief. John is in and out of the story. I think Bela makes an appearance, but not 100% sure. Lots of self-recrimination on both sides, but especially Dean's. Lots of Sam not trusting in Dean's intentions.
