Trying to find a fic I read on AO3. Jensen is an architect who builds his dream home as a marriage proposal for his girlfriend but she turns him down. He winds up drowning his sorrows at Jared's bar and after hearing his sob story, Jared gets the idea to set himself up as Jensen's boyfriend and move into this fantastic house.When Jensen's boss comes to see the house and meets Jared, he's so impressed by the house and what he believes is Jensen and Jared's romantic relationship that he gives Jensen a huge promotion.
