Looking for a fic that was Destiel. Dean was a cage fighter who could heal, and Cas was a doctor (he could also heal). Sam brought Dean to Cas because Dean's injuries were not healing right. I just remember a scene where Cas had to fight and his opponents tried to tear his jaw out.
