You need to get help with your problems, you haven't spoken to me in days and you've done nothing with the kids and we all miss you.
If you don't at least try and get some help or confront what is wrong, (like telling me about it), then I am packing the car up and taking the kids to my mums for a bit, because I have to tell you, since you've been like this they have been much harder to handle.
I hate to do this, but whatever this is needs sorting out.
