Layout Issues

First let me say SORRY EVERYONE! I haven't been able to get the layout and header completely up and functional because I had an early meeting this morning at work.  But the concerns have been brought to my attention, and I'm currently working to get it all put together properly as soon as possible.

So please don't mind the dust as this site is currently under construction.  I promise to get it finished today.
