You can say a lot of things about In My Time of Dying. You can write paragraphs on Dean's emotional state throughout the episode, or how Sam must be feeling. You can wonder why John doesn't say anything to the comatose Dean. Or you can just marvel at how damn fine Dean looks in a white tee shirt and scrub pants :D
