"Well," Crowley says a bit gloomily, "you did it again."
"Saved Heaven, Earth," Castiel puts in.
"And Hell," finishes Crowley.
Gabriel pops in between them, grinning broadly. "You boys always come out ahead! Dean Winchester, you saved the world again! What do you want for your prize?"
"To be left the Hell alone," he growls into the microphone, reaching behind him and grabbing Sammy's hand. "We keep saving your butts, all of you and all of them," he snarls at the massive audience. "All we want is to be left the Hell alone!"
"Both of you?" Gabriel asks.
"Of course both of them! It's always both of them, don't you know? Moose and Squirrel are inseparable!"
"The two of them are bonded more than any other human I have ever met. Anything they do, and do successfully, always takes both of them. One isn't whole without the other."
Dean grins. "I couldn't have said it better myself, Cas." Threading his fingers through Sammy's, he tugs on his brother's hand and glowers at Gabriel, Crowley, and the audience one more time. "Now just leave us alone!" They walk away together into the sunset.
Sammy looks at his brother grinning in his sleep and wonders.
