I haven't been with this community for very long but I love the fun and inclusive spirit and the wide variety of challenges. My very first contribution was ART (for the Big Splat) which, if you don't know me, is not at all my thing - I'm a writer, not an artist! - so that was really fun and took me right out of my comfort zone, especially since

I joined the bigpretzel way back in an attempt to counter all the angst the show was throwing at me. I have never regretted it, (save for the fact that drabbles are completely beyond me.) It's great to have a sucker new member to the community, just to add to the gentle humor that we espouse.

All the challenges are fun, and Crowley's Christmas is always worth celebrating.

lolll I somewhat failed at 'gentle humour' with one of my poem drabbles... 😅 It was very kind of everyone not to throw me out on my ass!

I was drawn to spn_bigpretzel way back in the mists of time because humour is my thing, and although I love a bit of angst and hurt/comfort as much as anyone, having lots of crack and fluff on tap was just manna from heaven!

The community has been going for soo long - ten years - and it's wonderful that there are new members like yourself still joining us. You and people like you are the reason why the comm will live on long after the show!
