I got it from quatrefoil, who used it to good effect when she was actually overwhelmed by too many things that needed doing all at once. I don't have that problem much, rather I have the problem of always having to create and recreate my own structure, motivations and priorities according to health limits. It worked well initially, even though I didn't use it, because I simply knew it was there if I got stuck. Then I forgot about it. Then I used it today, and it worked well for today. So there you go! I like to think I might use it again when I next find that I have capacity but no momentum
