(no subject)
Alright, so I lied or well... was at least a little too optimistic with how long it would take to write this all out.
Anyway.
Riku's "reports" are finished now - though they are generally more Works-In-Progress anyway, even "Report" 01, the official one for the Law Enforcment. He'll add to that one when things become more relevant.
For example: should we ever get a greater presents of Organization Nobodies, then he will start tldring on them in the Nobody section. For now he has only put down basic information, since there isn't really a threat through them (not counting Lexaeus. But he kind of regards him as 'sleeping dog' sorts of and well... he wants to deal with him on his own anyway. yeah).
Another example would be 'the Unversed', which he simply doesn't know much about, so he'll add to that section as he finds out more about them.
The second "Report", is more like Riku's IC dictonary to 'Birth by Sleep' right now and like above, it will change according to what information he gets from the rest of his cast over time. Similarly the third "Report" is more Riku's try to make sense of the timeline and of how everybody is connected with each other.
