Π002 [Action + Voice]
[Whatever else he may be, France is a chef at heart. He's been growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of getting home-ness in Splendor, while simultaneously relieved that it's effectively putting off him having to go back to war, and he's taking out those conflicting emotions on the bread dough he's currently moulding in the kitchen. Several rolls and baguettes are already cooling, filling 303 Asbjørnsen Road (and probably the rest of the street) with the beautiful smell of fresh bread. In the oven sits a pan of some kind of beef stew, cooking quietly, and on the stove there's rice.
Roommates might notice he's been at this all day and neighbours/people walking around/whoever can feel free to poke their head in the open window to see where all these delicious smells are coming from. Or you might hear him talking casually over the seal instead.]
Ah, I feel much better now... I wonder, are there any cute young people out there who would like to join me for déjeuner? A late lunch?
