[[Kino is in the Alpine District, a bit farther up than the casual hiker would try to go, but not far enough in to be caught in a storm.  There's a fire crackling a few feet away from where she's seated on a fallen log, and Hermes is parked off to her left.  She's still bundled up, but her goggles are off, so it's possible for the perceptive to see

Would you know anything about the Alpine District--or, in general, the mountains?

Y-You're probably better off asking one of the people who live in the Alpine District, like Ash. But my friend took me hiking up the mountains before and it's really tough to get through. There's bears, eagles and other dangerous animals living up there too.

My residence is in the Alpine District as well, but I haven't been able to learn enough yet. But maybe others who have been here longer will be able to tell me how the weather changes.

Ash and [reminds himself that this boy wouldn't know who 'big brother' is] Sasagawa Ryohei have been here for six months and both live in the Alpine district. I go up there often but all I've noticed is that it's very cold and snowy all the time. You should ask those two.
