Four threads. ( well five but one thread is actionm heh. )
THIRD-PERSON SAMPLE:
The darkness was expected. Nothing was actually light at all when it came to the E-TEST, and even though he was hoping to hear the voices of his friends rejoicing for finally being able to leave that claustrophobic stage they've been confined to for the past few days, he's instead greeted by yet another cryptic message.
But-- something was wrong. Wronger than usual, that is.
" . . . what the--"
As the words form in front of him, his first thoughts are that, of course, this was yet another of Enigma's traps. He clicks his tongue, and his brow furrows. This is disappointing. Shocking. and his body starts to feel again all the heavy weight of his wounds and the running about with no real food or water. The seat on his forehead sticks to him further-- or maybe it's just his imagination. A secondary effect-- after all, thinking yourself a free man only to discover your journey hasn't ended can exhaust even the most enthused of them all.
But, still.... Kirio was enigma, wasn't he? The skull that he now possesses was proof enough. Yet the tone of this particular message... this-- weird, commercial and almost... friendly way of expressing himself was very uncharacteristic of him, to say the least. So then, was this part two of the test? Did this mean Kijima was lying and in fact his virtual reality world was still in effect?
"No-- I tapped into his mind, so surely--!!"
...Surely he's a good guy!
He reads the rest of the message half-heartedly, still consumed with his own thoughts of confusion and mistrust, and that last part... so out of character....
