I hate my job...I REALLY, REALLY hate my job. I use to love it, use to think it was the greatest job I'd ever had. I'm able to sit around all day and play emulators, surf the internet, just generally goof off and fuck around....but now I'm on the verge of quitting. Let me explain

Actually as a follow up, I spoke with our VP of Customer service and he sided with me and made her take the occurrences off, basically telling her that she shouldn't have done that and (his EXACT words) "somtimes the right thing, isn't always necessarily the policy thing." I tried so hard not to laugh at her.
