Starting this Sunday (Feb 24), I will be leading a study on major Bible figures and church history.  It'll run approximately 14 weeks, participants will read the pertinent passages beforehand (if possible) and then come ready to discuss them.  We will be meeting every Sunday evening at 6:30 PM in the Holy Cross library, ( Read more... )

I have been reading Matthew (in the Bible) lately, and recently came across some of the parables on the kingdom of heaven.  I suppose that got me thinking about death and "the end" a little bit.  I daresay I am fairly unique amongst Lutherans for some of these views, but perhaps not.
