Why yes. Yes it is.
Except it's tomorrow. So no then, not really. But it's CLOSE. I've consdiered myself 16 for like 2 whole months now, so it's basically the same thing.

And yes, true about the laptop, though I'm still slightly disappointed. I'll just blame my dad, who is a jerk.
AND my friend is the biggest butthead when it comes to these kinds of things. She was like, "Well I'm having it on the 17th is that okay?" And I was like, "Well I kind of wanted to have it then, I planned and everything." And she said, "Well, I think I'm going to have it anyway, we'll see who comes." And was just sort of like, "WOW BITCH!" So in order not to make my friends choose whose party, I just let her have her way. (though they totally would have come to mine, just saying, because I'm way cooler :P)
AND I THINK I MIGHT. Haha, just so you know, I am writing that monster we talked about like 29384328974 months ago. It's just veeeeerrrry slow going. (so in case you felt like I just threw all your help in the toilet, I didn't)

Awww. I dunno, my friends tend to do combined birthday parties a lot - if they manage to get off their lazy arses and PLAN it - and...well, it seems to work out. =/
