Ken was starting to piece new bits of information together. It seemed it wasn't just different worlds, but different times that they could be pulled from too.
Because this certainly was a younger version of one of the older chosen children. The Digimon Kaizer smirked. This made things much, MUCH easier than taking on a college student. Not that he would have doubted himself either way, but convience was best. Especially since he was growing so...popular lately.
"Well well, what have we here? Another gnat circling around my head..."

So there were people here after all! Miku had been heading away from where she had met Fuji when she heard someone calling out. So she did what any person would do: she headed in Jou's general direction.
But she never expected to see two people! "Ara?" She paused a safe distance away to watch the goings-on. The first boy seemed normal enough, but the second... something about him just gave her the creeps.
"..." Oh, this did not give her the warm fuzzies. Not one bit.

Daisuke gave his D-Terminal another smack to shake it out of it's weird antics. He couldn't send word to the others much less recieve any from his end. His patience was running low and fustrations growing higher and higher by the minute. To make matters worse, he was still tired! Why couldn't the bad guys give him a break? Did they want to make him out to be Superman and run on no sleep ( ... )

Daisuke's hand on Miku's shoulder was very unexpected. She started and immediately turned her head to see who was behind her. And, well, it was a boy she didn't know. With goggles on his head. "Hikari-chan? N-no. My name's not Hikari."
Just to make sure she didn't hurt his feelings, Miku kept talking. "M-my name's Hinasaki Miku. Nice to meet you!" She bobbed her head once. "H-hello!" Though why had he thought she was someone else? Who was this 'Hikari' girl? She had to be important.
"Who are you?" She tilted her head slightly to one side and looked at Daisuke.

"Livelier?" Okay, she couldn't help but smile slightly at Daisuke's energetic babbling and goofy laughter. She chuckled before covering her mouth and blushing. "O-oh. G-gomen! That was mean, wasn't it?" Well, he had ben acting so silly...
"Ah? N-no." Miku looked back towards the other two boys. "I-I don't know them. Though the second boy seems... odd." She looked at Ken, her face calm. (That usually meant she was thinking really hard under it all.)
"...I wonder what they're talking about?" She lowered her voice. "L-let's be quiet, ne?"

"Do you know them?" She looked back before taking a deep breath. "..." Okay, maybe stepping in wasn't the best idea ever. But it couldn't hurt, right?
Right?
She took a few hesitant steps towards Jyou and Ken and raised her voice. "A-ano... oyasumi, minna-san?" She laughed nervously.

Ken's eyes narrowed. The red-haired boy had said the same thing. About being through this before. But that couldn't possibly had happened.
...had it?
The digimon Kaizer pushed the feeling away. It was hindering his progress. He ignored the babbling coming from the older boy, until Jyou started murmuring about dreaming. That caused a cackle to escape his lips.
"Oh yes, it is a dream alright. It's my dream come true. In this world, I have even more power than in the digital world. And in this world...there's nothing any of you can do to stop me..."
On cue, the infamous Divermon appeared from the shadows by Ken's side, black ring in hand.
"I wonder how you'll look with one of these. I already have one of your friends under my control. Wouldn't you like to join him? I know how much you good guys love to stick together..."
