When the young woman corrected him, a soft, almost relieved smile creased his lips. Good. Hikari wasn't in any danger as far as he knew. Thing had better stay that way, he thought. Daisuke's smile disappeared once the realization that this girl was no one he knew washed over. He was glad he was no longer alone and the odd voice that haunted him earlier vanished, but maybe there would have been a little more comfort in seeing a face he knew well. He litterally shook the frown away and shined a thankful grin. "My name's Motomiya Daisuke. It's nice to meet you Hinasaki-san." He glimpsed about and took in the not so nice atmosphere around them. Daisuke gave a sheepish laugh, a faint tint of red coloring his face. "It would have been nicer to meet somewhere more livelier, but anyway!-- Sorry if I scared you. I guess I'm a little too excited about finding someone else!" A stream of goofy laughter, mostly fueled by embaressment, followed.
His chuckles died down as he turned his head to look out at the others. "Friends of yours?" Daisuke squinted trying to focus better on their appearances. Something about the colors on one of the strangers he could focus on for now made his skin crawl...

"Livelier?" Okay, she couldn't help but smile slightly at Daisuke's energetic babbling and goofy laughter. She chuckled before covering her mouth and blushing. "O-oh. G-gomen! That was mean, wasn't it?" Well, he had ben acting so silly...
"Ah? N-no." Miku looked back towards the other two boys. "I-I don't know them. Though the second boy seems... odd." She looked at Ken, her face calm. (That usually meant she was thinking really hard under it all.)
"...I wonder what they're talking about?" She lowered her voice. "L-let's be quiet, ne?"

"Blue hair, weird cape... Cosplayer? Maybe their talking about cheesy costumes?" Daisuke jokingly laughed and smiled to Miku before looking back out. He was really starting to strain his eyes by trying to keep them open.
The goggle head kept picking at the details and piecing things together little by little about the "cosplayer" untill it finally sunk in. Like an anchor.
"... It-- couldn't be." His hand came back to his side, mouth slightly agap and expression hardening. Daisuke bit his lip, muttering to himself to keep from alarming Miku, "There's no way it's him". Was he dreaming? The "odd" boy looked so much like a villian from the past; A former enemy he detested for causing pain, suffering, and death throughout the digital world. He had to be wrong. Maybe his eyes were fooling him.
What about the other boy?! Daisuke turned his attention even quicker to the other boy. There's was something familiar about him too! He couldn't pin it down though.
"Hinasaki-san... how long have they been standing there?" he asked scarily serious.

"Do you know them?" She looked back before taking a deep breath. "..." Okay, maybe stepping in wasn't the best idea ever. But it couldn't hurt, right?
Right?
She took a few hesitant steps towards Jyou and Ken and raised her voice. "A-ano... oyasumi, minna-san?" She laughed nervously.
