Taichi stood at the top of the tenement building, looking over its edge quietly. The City had been too quiet lately, and it was bothering him. With things so seemingly calm.... something bad had to be coming up. Peace never lasted for long....
He cringed slightly when a raindrop hit him in the eye. Looking up, the rain slowly started speeding up. It was just a light drizzle, really, nothing to go inside over, so Taichi stayed there.
After a few minutes of thought, he shook the rain out of his hair and leaned against the buildings side. His eyes narrowed as he thought of how pathetic he'd been lately. Hiding out in his apartment, not having an idea of what was going on.
Crest of courage, huh? he thought to himself, gripping on the wall a little tighter.
