What: Luke's looking for some swordsmanship tips, and Daddy Fabre agrees to help

Fabre made his way to the tenaments - following Susanne's directions from when she had first visited their second son - eyes glancing about in search of the building in which his son was apparently living. They appeared unimpressive for the most part, but then, most of the buildings in the city were in the same condition. The bar hadn't been too bad, but that was likely because it had been well maintained by the new occupants. Guy had always been reasonably handy around the household, and Asch... well, surely Asch knew plenty of skills neither he nor Susanne were aware of.
Only recently had he come to the conclusion that he knew precious little about either of his sons.
Susanne had been encouraging him to try, at least - never too late, she said, and he prayed it was true - so it hadn't taken much thought for him to agree to help Luke. When had his children ever come to him first for aid? Not since they'd been infants, years and years ago. Luke was far less cynical than Asch, and Fabre hoped that meant he would be more forgiving. He had a great deal of lost time to make up for.
Tenament 5 came into view, and he quickened his pace. He would try. That was all he could do, really.
