5 minutes on a phone with Capital One and 4 overdraft charges removed.
This was not caused by any fault of them but rather by Target double charging my last shopping trip.
This reinforces my desire to switch back to cash for everything. At least my bank is willing to fix mistakes. They had already reversed the double charge... and 5 minutes to remind them of the 128 dollars in overdraft charges needing to be removed isn't too bad.
Though they should have an automatic function that reverses those charges when the charges causing them are reversed.
