(no subject)
So, callbacks FINALLY happened, but I dont think I did too well. I'm pretty positive I'll get a minor part, if I get cast at all. The people who are always in the drama plays usually get the good parts, and seeing as how I've never done any school play before, I dont take Drama with Mr. Lacy, so he doesnt know my ablilities, annnnndd.... because I'm just not that good? I dunno. I just know, like, in my gut-psychic-type-shit that I'm not going to get either of the parts I wanted: Ms Scarlett or Yvette. I'll probably end up being the Singing Telegram that gets shot 4 seconds into her appearence.
I dunno. I got my hopes up too much, I guess. I wish I had been healthier during high school so I could have participated in shit like that. Since I've had the surgery in October, I havent gotten sick once, except for the flu, and I really feel sad about how much I've missed. I was kinda, ya know, being the dreamer and thinking I'd get cast in a big role and debuet on the stage as the unexpected star and blow everyone away... you know, the whole COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC dream that every person auditioning for a play has.
I've been in a slump lately (Woohoo, big surprise!). I'm kinda confused as to what I want right now, but I think the only problem with me is Senioritis.
We (the parentals and moi) decided which puppy we're gonna keep: Chester! The one that nobody pays attention too. Hes actually the nicest dog out of the whole group, and hes very sweet. We're renaming him Brady, after Tom Brady, because he brought the Patriots to TWO superbowls, and we like football wayyyyy too much to be healthy.
Ummmmmmmm.... Charissa started her internship here yesterday! All the seniors who are doing internships ARE DONE WITH SCHOOL! Go Seniors! Its awesome to get up in the morning and have company, I actually got up at 8:30 today and didnt take a nap or anything. I know. Its a miracle.
Ummmmm...........annnnnd yeah. Hung out with mals yesterday.....uh, yeah, and thats about it. Nothing else to say, really, so I'm outta here, toodle-loo!
