I HIGHLY recommend buying jewellery from Wheeler Manufacturing. I bought my claddaugh ring from the gift shop at Multnomah Falls back in 2004, and it's a Wheeler ring, so it came with a lifetime guarantee. I kept the guarantee paper, fortunately, because last month, I suddenly noticed that the paua shell in it had the top layer chipped off. I sent in the ring with the guarantee slip and $4.75 for shipping, and I got the ring back today, with a new stone in it and it's all polished and shiny. :) YAY!
