Ring In the New Year?
Should I put down my Resolutions?
I will not be eaten by bunnies. I will not ride a llama down the Great Wall. I will be a Big Damn Hero at every possible moment. I will not let Ms. Beekley eat my brains. I will not give up on my Life's Work. I will not let Snape down from his #1 spot on my List. I will draw a decent non-chibi. I will learn to burp the alphabet. I will not let my dorky fandomness die!
My mum and I are watching Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin doing New Years in Times Square. Wow, Anderson is cute. He kind of reminds me of Giles, or Abe, just because Kathy keeps making all of these lewd jokes and Anderson keeps either giggling or trying to move along. Why is he so cute? "Um, can you please stop saying 'pap smear?' Please?"
Also, my mum is very upset that Anderson doesn't have gloves. "He's must me cooooold," she says. "And his ears! He needs a hat!" Kathy told him to 'scream where he was from,' and he did a timid little kermit!flail "New Yooooooork!" and ANDERSON, STOP GIGGLING AND BEING AWKWARD AND eeeeeee~
Apparently in New Orleans they don't drop a ball, they drop a giant shoe with a drag queen named Sushi inside.
Speaking of drag queens, I'm going to watch Stardust with my mum tomorrow in the morning, and then later we're going watch WallE with D. Hang out today, party tomorrow.
Next year, I'll talk about the Science Museum and Hellboy ( I CAAAAAN'T SMIIIILE WITHOOOOOOUT YOUUUUUU~) and Christmas and funky backgrounds and Dr. Horrible (COMMENTAAAARYYYYY~) and loads of Buffy stuff.
I'm going to watch more Anderson and hang out with the family peeps. Until next year!
