I wrote 50k words. Yay.
And I don’t care about 60k or more anymore.
I’ll keep writing but there will be quality control and there will be some rewriting. The story is salvageable. I love NaNo for making me write and meeting people but I’m ready to start thinking again instead of grasping for an idea, running with it, then realizing I should have made a left turn in Albuquerque.
