Well, I don't know if my poor english can help me describe all my feeling when I read this essay. At first, when I saw the title in magazine scans, I thought "This must be interesting essay". And I'm true. Really, I love this Kato Shigeaki. I love the guy who live true with himself. And the last sentence is what I wanna talk to him.
"I hope. That even if I'm not good at singing I became an idol with personality and charm."
Yes, Shige! I really hope you can do it too. We don't need an idol who try to be liked by anyone. We love Kato Shigeaki who can fails, can be hated but he live with him true self.
Please, Believe that. Even all the world hate you, I still love you and support you.
I love how he writes, I must admit that when I quickly read the essay without translating it I thought that maybe this time he was a little...how to say...fictionary. Because at a first reading it seemed something very sentimental and fit to his character. I thought that maybe he was exaggerating ^^
But then this essay moved me and left me really with a bitter feeling. I think he's great, he has my same age but he's able to put himself into words like that, I really admire him :)
I don't feel like saying how much I love him ^^ Let's say that translating his work is my support's proof ^^
