Absolutely. (Wonderful post) I think BTVS is suppose to make you feel all sorts of things, (not just OH, I love them so) and there is always going to be one character that moves you or makes you angry, and it isn't necessarily the same character all the time.

Maybe I spent too much time surreptitiously laughing at reading The Crawford Street Mansion website, but I sort of knew that Xander fans felt like Buffy constantly misused and ignored Xander.

Sometimes I think it's true. Other times, not so much. And occasionally, I really wanted someone to smack Xander. Hard.

I heard of that website, but never read it. :) I like the guy Xander turned out to be, even though he could piss me off on occasion.

Oh man, Crawford Street Mansion had some choice batshit. The site owner was a totally hilarious, delusional, very interesting person. Especially the time she started telling her minions that she was going to Oxford in London to study Tolkein only to then claim she'd joined the army and was being shipped to Iraq right around the time that none of her spoilers panned out. Then her sockpuppet sister the 'Spuffy' who hated Spike and hated Spuffy would post about her sisters woes until things blew over and then the original poster would show up (from Iraquistan or wherever) saying that her spoilers had been right but that Joss had found out that she'd leaked stuff so he changed the plot because he was kowtowing to the evil Spuffies.

I've got to tell you, there was some crazies funny shit on that board.
