I'm for ease of cooking so baking or crock pot cooking is what I like the best. But - I like sautéd food because of how it flavors food.
3. What is your favorite cuisine or style of cooking?
Italian -- anything with spaghetti or pasta.
4. Do you have any dietary restrictions and if so what are they?
Because of Diverticulosis, I avoid "indigestible roughage" - like nuts, seeds, corn, and popcorn. I occasionally eat those things but in small quantities and with other foods.
5. If you could introduce the whole world to one ingredient to improve their culinary experience, what would that be and why?
One ingredient? Everyone has different taste buds, so what I like might not be what another prefers. I love things with mushrooms and for me they enhance many dishes - both uncooked (in a salad, for example) and sautéd on burgers, steak, spaghetti sauce, and so much else. I make a great pickled mushroom hors d'oeuvre.
