1. Whatever is in front of me. Surprisingly enough, I am not a picky eater. I enjoy simple fare as much as the fancy stuff.
2. I usually sauté things. I’m trying to bake more, too.
3. Hmm, again, tough to say. I like to cook in a variety of cuisine, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, country home cooking and whatever else comes my way.
4. I’m allergic to clams and chocolate gives me wicked indigestion. Everything else is fine.
5. Whom am I to say what would improve someone’s culinary experience? Everyone experiences food with a different perspective and what might be right for me is wrong for someone else.
