I'm nuking some basmati rice, chicken souvlaki cubes, chicken gravy and corn kernels. 10 min ---> supper.

I may even pour some dressing over prepped Romaine.

I have to make some marinara for dinner, so I got the fixings for individual pizzas. Those will be yummy.

Individual pizzas are great. I had 2 yesterday (Fri) and 2 on Wed.

I couldn't manage two, although it could be that our shells are bigger. Anyhow, they were great! :D

My flour tortillas are about 7 inch in diameter. And I was STUFFED after eating the 2. :)

That's bigger than our pizza shells, but I suspect the shells are more formidable. Sounds yummy, though.
