If I was to send a USian an amount of money - in £ sterling obv - would it then arrive in whichever a/c they have their paypal linked to, already turned into the equivalent US $?

Because my moby bill keeps increasing, - it's increased the last two months - I intend to cut down on the number of texts I send, at least for the next month.
