I just got back to Portland from Maui last night. After I pack furiously, I will be heading to Indiana to help Brendan transition into his next semester and to start my new job on Thursday! I'm trying to figure out how to get all the things that I am taking from my grandma's household goods to Indiana under the baggage guidelines. I'm going to my Dad's work today to visit the prof. who I volunteered for a few summers ago. I get to see Zach perform in Greenwood on Saturday, which is something to look forward to. The trip was awesome, and it was fun that we are all adults now and that my parents realize it! We went snorkeling in one crater and hiking in another. There were some really awesome fish to look at, including some endemics (yes, I'm an ecology geek!) We ate real Hawaiian food and even heard some people talking in Hawaiian. We swam under waterfalls and saw a gazillion rainbows.
