HBDI thingy
Ever taken one of those personality tests? They're kind of nifty, but not the sort of thing I ever put much value in. My bosses, however, decided the whole office should take one called the HBDI (no don't ask what it stands for, I zoned out) since we might do the test creator's website. Basically it said I am logical and creative but not people-oriented or organized. Wow! I never knew that! Really, kind of a waste to spend the whole morning talking about . I suppose it was interesting to see what my coworkers looked like. Shockingly enough, coders and managers think differently! Really all I got out of it was how to manipulate the various thinking styles. Great... What do you guys think of that stuff?
